При этом сторона защиты настаивала на том, что задержание Савченко было незаконным, а все перечисленные прокурором риски являются необоснованными. Тем не менее суд встал на сторону гособвинения.
Судья пояснил, что за совершение одного из инкриминируемых Савченко преступлений предусмотрено пожизненное лишение свободы. Кроме того, она, имея статус народного депутата, может свободно перемещаться через линию разграничения, указал Сидоров.
По его словам, у Савченко есть личные отношения с руководителями "террористических организаций, и она может скрываться от органов досудебного расследования", передает УНИАН.
Зачитывая решение, судья констатировал отсутствие доказательств того, что в момент задержания Савченко совершала преступления, которые ей вменяются, в частности подготовку госпереворота и терактов.

Для Савченко следует выбрать максимальный срок содержания под стражей 60 суток, поскольку, несмотря на указанный объем проведенных следственных и процессуальных действий, сложность продления не позволяет завершить досудебное расследование в более короткий срок", - заявил в ходе судебного заседания прокурор.
По его словам, если Савченко осталась бы на свободе, она смогла бы повлиять на свидетелей, использовать статус депутата для неявки в суд, продолжить совершать преступления, а также выехать за пределы Украины.
При этом сторона защиты настаивала на том, что задержание Савченко было незаконным, а все перечисленные прокурором риски являются необоснованными. Тем не менее суд встал на сторону гособвинения.
Судья пояснил, что за совершение одного из инкриминируемых Савченко преступлений предусмотрено пожизненное лишение свободы. Кроме того, она, имея статус народного депутата, может свободно перемещаться через линию разграничения, указал Сидоров.
По его словам, у Савченко есть личные отношения с руководителями "террористических организаций, и она может скрываться от органов досудебного расследования", передает УНИАН.
Зачитывая решение, судья констатировал отсутствие доказательств того, что в момент задержания Савченко совершала преступления, которые ей вменяются, в частности подготовку госпереворота и терактов.
В связи с этим суд счел необходимым освободить ее из помещения суда. Однако по совокупности семи статей, по которым в общей сложности обвиняется Савченко, суд постановил арестовать ее, уточняет ТАСС.

Статистика свидетельствует, что на товары и услуги россияне тратят около 74% своих денежных доходов. При этом сельские жители и горожане с небольшими доходами более 30% из них тратят на еду, а обеспеченные горожане - лишь 21%, а на непродовольственные товары - 27%.
Многолетние данные показывают, что в случае падения или роста доходов, повышения налогов или скачка цен население меняет схему потребления. Меньше всего люди готовы сокращать потребление еды, алкоголя и транспортных услуг. При росте цен на алкоголь на 1% россияне снижают его потребление лишь на 0,3%, а на еду - на 0,1%. Но при таком же росте цен на услуги связи их потребление сокращается на 6%, а на медицину - на 1,65%.
Также выяснилось, что потребление товаров для дома растет даже при увеличении цен на них (на 2,6%). Скорее всего, это реакция на кризис: цены начинают расти и население закупается впрок, предполагает главный экономист "ВТБ капитала" Александр Исаков.
