Офис уполномоченного по правам человека в РФ инициировал разработку системы тренингов, направленной на обучение учителей правилам поведения в случае вооруженных нападений в школах. Об этом рассказала во вторник депутатам "Единой России" омбудсмен Татьяна Москалькова, передает "Интерфакс".

По ее словам, к разработке тренингов привлекается Министерство образования. "Мы просим Министерство образования, чтобы они вместе с нашими сотрудниками… разработали эти тренинги и их проводили", - сказала Москалькова, отвечая на вопрос о необходимости тренингов для персонала школ на случай вооруженной агрессии и поступления информации о возможном ЧП.

Она отметила, что в прошлом в России были подобные тренинги, однако ыработанный ранее опыт во многом утрачен. В результате люди не знают, где находятся убежища и как вести себя в случае угрозы терроризма.

Омбудсмен отметила, что "в отношении образовательных учреждений это очень актуально". "Нужно обязательно возродить систему подготовки, переподготовки и тренингов преподавателей: какую нажать кнопку, как себя вести, какие слова можно сказать нападающему. Это все очень серьезная тема, над которой нужно работать", - резюмировала Москалькова.

Заявление было сделано на фоне продолжающихся нападений в российских школах. Последний подобный инцидент произошел 10 мая в барабинском филиале Новосибирского колледжа транспортных технологий им. Н. А. Лунина. Там студент-первокурсник пронес в учебное заведение ружье и расстрелял однокурсников, после чего застрелился. Один студент был ранен, еще двое пострадали, выпрыгнув из окна.

Ранее нападения происходили в школах Перми, Челябинской области, Улан-Удэ.

По данным Следственного комитета, в трех последних случаях нападений руководители учебных заведений, а также некоторые воспитанники и преподаватели знали о готовящихся атаках, но не поверили в них. Глава ведомства призвал расценивать это как халатность и привлекать работников образования к ответственности.
