Академики отметили уникальность педагогической практики Александра Тубельского, основавшего вместо "однотипной для всей страны учебной школы" школу "разнообразия и разномыслия". Школа самоопределения известна своим демократическим укладом: там действовала своя конституция, проводились "суды чести", дети участвовали в решении образовательных вопросов наравне со взрослыми.
Школа стала "подлинным центром инноваций", ее методы старались перенять преподаватели, студенты, управленцы и родители из Москвы и других регионов России. "Она опередила свое время, и сегодня остается лишь удивляться, когда слышишь неквалифицированные, нелепые утверждения о том, что школа Тубельского не соответствует "новому госзаказу", - недоумевают авторы письма.
Одной из причин конфликта в школе академики считают то, что в систему образования пришли функционеры. "Жесткие менеджеры, поддерживающие конкуренцию вместо сотрудничества, разделение школьников, учителей и школ на успешных и неудачников. Люди, которым образование, его ценности, смыслы неинтересны, для которых человека, личность, отечественное образование подменили "образовательные услуги", - говорится в письме.
Члены РАО назвали традиции Школы самоопределения "мировым достоянием", которое "заслуживает сохранения, развития, распространения и передачи следующим поколениям". Они предложили перезапустить концепцию Тубельского в современных условиях и дальше развивать школу в качестве экспериментальной, инновационной площадки, а не превращать в "тонущую Атлантиду".
Напомним, конфликт в школе самоопределения N734 имени Тубельского начал назревать после прихода директора Сергея Москаленкова. По словам родителей и учеников, новое руководство вопреки обещаниям стало искоренять уникальные традиции и уклад школы, а все решения стали приниматься в одностороннем порядке.
Одним из таких решений стал демонтаж авторского спортивного комплекса для дошкольников в новогодние праздники, хотя родители выступали против. После каникул родители устроили забастовку - отказались приводить детей на занятия и вместо этого сами пришли к школе с требованием вернуть спорткомплекс и перестать уничтожать педагогическую систему Тубельского.
22 января в школе прошло собрание, на котором родители объявили Москаленкову вотум недоверия. После этого директор подал в отставку "по семейным обстоятельствам", заявив, продолжение диалога "полностью заблокировано родителями".
